WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO
My Journey
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Aesthetician, and Reiki Master specializing in clinical bodywork and integrative therapeutic care. My work is grounded in a lifelong exposure to holistic wellness and guided by a core commitment to integrity, precision, and individualized treatment.
From an early age, I was drawn to helping others feel better in their bodies. What began as a natural inclination toward therapeutic touch developed into a focused clinical path centered on restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting the nervous system’s ability to regulate and heal.
I received my aesthetics training at the Aveda Institute in Austin, Texas, where I graduated Valedictorian and built a strong foundation in advanced skin care, Ayurvedic principles, and therapeutic techniques. I then completed my massage therapy education at the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School and Clinic — a program known for its rigorous orthopedic and science-based approach — where I again graduated Valedictorian.
My clinical bodywork training is extensive and allows me to tailor sessions to complex and individual needs. Modalities I integrate include Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Deep Massage (nervous system–focused work), Orthopedic Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy (MRT), Body Mobilization Techniques (BMT), Passive and Active Stretching, Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), Oncology Massage, Zero Balancing (ZB I & II), Thai massage, Shiatsu, Advanced Chair Massage, and Kinesiology Taping.
I also provide specialized care across the perinatal continuum, including Prenatal Massage, Labor Preparation, Labor Induction support (39+ weeks), Postpartum recovery work, Infant Massage, and Pediatric Cranial Sacral Therapy. For clients seeking additional therapeutic support, sessions may incorporate Hot Stone therapy, Cupping, Gua Sha, CBD-enhanced massage, or Reiki energy work when clinically appropriate.
Clients frequently seek my work when they are experiencing chronic tension patterns, recovery challenges, lymphatic congestion, pregnancy-related discomfort, or nervous system overload. My approach is both intuitive and methodical — I listen carefully to the body’s presentation and adjust techniques in real time to support the most effective therapeutic outcome.
In addition to bodywork, my aesthetics training includes Advanced Aveda Facials, Ayurvedic facial techniques, acupressure and auricular acupressure, reflexology, waxing services, brow and lash tinting, and restorative body treatments, allowing me to support clients from both a clinical and skin health perspective.
I remain deeply committed to continuing education and evidence-informed practice. My goal in every session is to help clients move with greater ease, regulate more effectively, and feel more supported in their healing process.
